End Human Trafficking ATL — Request for Funding Proposals

Labor Trafficking

I. General Information 

Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, through the Office to End Human Trafficking ATL and the Office of Immigrant Affairs, seeks quotes from community partner organizations to develop policy proposals for a municipal response to combat human trafficking, specifically as it relates to labor trafficking and exploitation. 

Priority will be given to proposals that focus on a cross-section of vulnerable groups, including, but not limited, to immigrant, limited English proficient, LGBTQI, homeless, and formerly incarcerated communities.

Please note that the current funding amount is limited to $20,000. with the possibility of additional funding for a subsequent phase, which will include the adoption of relevant policies and procedures.    

The top three proposals will be required to register as a City vendor and submit a quote for the proposal.

II. Scope of Services Requested 

Develop tailored policy recommendations for a municipal response to labor trafficking in the City of Atlanta. 

III. Deliverables

Grantee will submit a report concluding with an outline of the research methods used and policy recommendations for future implementation.

Deadline: Three months following receipt of funding.
